Account Managers are the key day-to-day interface between the agency and our clients. They are responsible for maintaining the relationship and managing complex programs. They must have the ability to research, plan, propose and manage programs and tactics. Successful account managers are building a career in B2B marketing communications or PR, with 5+ year(s) of experience and at least 3 of those years working on substantial programs. Experience with digital marketing tactics and technologies a must.

We are actively looking for a seasoned Art Director with a broad range of experience in print, digital and motion. This individual will be a highly-motivated self-starter and a team-oriented leader who helps develop strategic concepts and communicates them effectively to a team, ensuring that designers, software developers, writers, illustrators and photographers are working cohesively in support of a message. The Art Director manages projects, sets standards, and motivates the creative team to achieve consistent excellence on time and on budget.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Design, Advertising or related field, at least 5 years experience in a creative department or similar environment, 3 years formulating and designing concepts across online, print, and multimedia projects and at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Print-only Art Directors will not be considered. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are required, as is the ability to effectively sketch an idea.

Key to this role is the ability to juggle, figuratively speaking. If you can juggle for real, it might not get you the job, but it will definitely make the interview more fun.

The Digital Traffic Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing projects, from planning through completion, for all Apps, websites, and other digital marketing. Additionally, the traffic manager is responsible for leading the integration of work and developing production processes. This individual is the liaison between Account Services, Creative Services and Customer Insight: to communicate project requirements; procure supporting materials and resources; ensure projects move through the agency in a timely manner; create and communicate schedules and deadlines; provide timely warnings when delivery dates may be in jeopardy; and enforce agency processes.

We are actively looking for a Search Marketing Manager to oversee and grow our SEO and SEM business. The position will work with our account teams, internal resources and external partners and vendors to implement all paid and organic search campaigns. This individual will be responsible for developing relevant recommendations to help increase organic search listings based on audits of websites and existing programs, analysis of targeted keywords, detailed suggestions for on-page factors, site architecture, linking and content structure, etc. This position will provide direct support for all SEO and SEM programs and projects and work closely with other Godfrey digital resources, such as web design/development, social media, etc. to develop integrated client programs.

The ideal candidate understands strategy and also loves the details; can grasp marketing and communications challenges and recommend search programs that will accomplish specific goals within the context of a highly integrated marketing communications program. Individuals should have strong experience in search engine optimization and a good understanding of analytics measurement models such as Google Analytics and Omniture. A basic understanding of pay-per-click is also required.

While we are not currently hiring for this position, we are accepting resumes in anticipation of our software development departments future growth. This individual will support a team in the design, development and maintenance of a wide variety of both traditional and mobile web sites and applications. We are looking for a creative programmer who can easily move between projects of different size and scope while meeting deadlines and achieving the highest possible standards of attention to detail. The candidate should be able to take the strategic and creative vision of a project and assist in creating a compelling solution.

Individuals should have demonstrable experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AJAX and be able to discuss practices and procedures in the translation of creative concepts to workable solutions. Additionally the candidate must have experience with the Microsoft technology stack used in the creation of dynamic web content, notably ASP.NET, VB.NET and SQL Server. LAMP architecture knowledge is a plus but not required. Experience with application development for the iOS, Android, and other mobile platforms is also a plus.
