You could really be one of them if you have all that plus experience working on international projects or programs. Here’s a short list of positions for which we are currently recruiting:

We need talented, motivated professionals to manage client relationships and lead the unified marketing communications programs we execute for our B2B clients.

Account Managers are the key day-to-day interface between the agency and our clients. They are responsible for building relationships and managing inspiring programs. They must have the ability to research, plan, propose and manage programs and tactics. Successful account managers are building a career in B2B marketing communications or PR. B2B agency or client-side experience considered relevant.

We also need Associate Account Managers who have strong project management skills to organize the many elements that make up the unified marketing communications programs we execute for our B2B clients. The person in this position must be highly motivated and detail oriented. The individual must have the ability to help define the scope of projects; plan schedules, define budgets, and determine tasks and resources; and then manage projects to completion on time and on budget. This person may also provide valuable client contact within the context of specific projects, so customer service along with excellent communications skills are essential.

Although we are not actively searching for a creative director/concept lead at this time, we are growing and we know that at any moment we may need to add creative staff to support our growing roster of B2B accounts.

Because our offices are not located in a large metropolitan area with a large pool of qualified people, we need to be proactive in our search. So for now, we are collecting resumes for the creative director/concept lead position.

The creative director/concept lead must have the ability to inspire and lead teams on a wide range of client challenges, projects and initiatives. This individual will be self-motivated, deeply engaged in the unique creative environment of B2B, and able to communicate effectively with internal teams as well as clients and prospects. Candidates must have infectious enthusiasm for driving strong concepts and be a passionate collaborator. Candidates must have at least 5+ years experience as a creative director in a B2B environment. We will also consider candidates with strong concepting skills who have 5+ years working as a senior art director or copy director/writer.

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with a strong interest and passion in new and emerging technologies, with a range of experience across various creative mediums. You are a Designer/Interaction Designer, a solutions finder, a self-starter who understands user needs, and has a strong foundation in web, digital and print design, typography, color theory, template production, and overall branding guidelines. You offer brainstorming, concepting and idea presentation support, working alongside a creative team, consisting of art and/or creative directors, user experience, writers, and developers. If you have these abilities and use Adobe Creative Suite software (5.5 or above), have HTML(5), CSS(3) Adobe Digital Publications, Apple iBooks experience and use Microsoft Office products, we would like to hear from you.

We are looking for a highly effective Information Architect or UX Specialist with an understanding of user-centered design theory and practice. This is a mid-level position supporting the User Experience Director/UX lead. This individual must be able to understand a target audience's needs, goals, and behaviors and translate them into concepts for compelling and intuitive experiences.

This is a multi-disciplinary role that requires understanding of content, information design, and usability. This individual needs to have strong analytical, organizational, communication, and documentation skills. He/she must also be able to think creatively and thrive in a fine-detail world. The Information Architect must be open to change and prepared to iterate deliverables throughout aggressive timelines.

Candidates must provide a portfolio of IA deliverables such as site maps, page schematics, use-cases, page flow diagrams, content, and competitive audits.

We’re seeking an organized, task-oriented person with a disciplined work ethic who has the desire and ability to administer a wide range of projects for our business-to-business PR clients. Demonstrated project-management skills and attention to detail are essential; evidence of service orientation and a basic knowledge of Public Relations are preferred. This individual will support a team in the design, development and maintenance of a wide variety of traditional websites, mobile websites, CMS tools, and applications. We are looking for a creative programmer who can easily move between projects of different scope while meeting deadlines and achieving the highest standards of attention to detail. The candidate should be able to take the strategic and creative vision of a project and assist in creating a compelling solution.

Individuals must have experience with the Microsoft technology stack, notably ASP.NET, VB.NET, SQL Server, and should have demonstrable experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX. They should be able to translate creative concepts into workable solutions. Experience with application development for the iOS, Android, and other mobile platforms is also beneficial. LAMP architecture knowledge is a plus.

Whether it’s print or digital collateral, you thrive on developing powerful, high-level messages and concepting ideas that connect to the right audiences. You’re able to think strategically, see the big picture and convey even the most technical messages in an emotional way. You can provide context behind complex industries and technologies that helps with a client’s positioning, product or service. You are a team player and collaborator, working closely with the art director, client and creative team. You work with creative briefs to conceive, develop and produce effective business-to-business marketing campaigns. You know how to write for both the web and print and can easily switch between those styles. While not neurotic, you work with a sense of urgency, care about the details and understand the importance of deadlines and communication. Does this sound like you? We’re looking for a creative and technically savvy individual with excellent project management and client contact skills. This position will be responsible for web-development project management, including directly communicating project status with clients and internal team members (art directors, copy/content directors, software developers, etc.). The ideal candidate aspires to be an account manager handling all aspects of marketing communications, but comes from a web project management background with experience managing multiple projects from initiation through post-launch implementation and maintenance.
