Lancaster, Pa. — Godfrey has hired Steve Poole, of Lancaster, Pa., as search marketing manager.

In this role, Poole provides strategic direction and implements organic search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) for a variety of clients in order to help increase their online visibility and drive relevant traffic to their websites. Most recently, Poole was the SEO and support manager at Sharp Innovations, Lancaster, Pa., where he maintained client websites and employed organic search strategies. Poole has a degree from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology in computer sciences, and currently resides in Lancaster.
