Lancaster, Pa. – Godfrey, a nationally ranked business-to-business marketing communications agency, announced today that after training and an exam its Director of User Experience, Jennifer Brown, has been named a Certified Usability Analyst™ (CUA).
The courses and exam were conducted through the industry organization Human Factors International (HFI). CUAs embrace user-centered design, which is based on careful research and analysis of customer behavior. They are adept at pinpointing usability problems from the unique perspective of the end user and offering design solutions for a variety of applications. As a CUA, Brown will help develop intuitive, effective and valuable user-centered solutions that reflect positively on Godfrey’s clients’ businesses and brands.
