Lancaster, Pa. – Godfrey, a nationally ranked business-to-business marketing communications agency, has added four people to its growing staff.
Joining Godfrey as an Account Manager – public relations, Sheryl Zapcic, of Lancaster, will manage a variety of business-to-business accounts in the HVAC and manufacturing industries. Zapcic brings several years of agency and corporate strategic communications experience to Godfrey, having worked most recently with LeadChange PR and Unilever. She received a bachelor of science degree from Penn State University in marketing. In addition, Zapcic is a current member of the Public Relations Society of America and her award-winning work garnered a Silver Anvil.
Sarah Sechrist, of Lancaster, joins Godfrey as a Program Administrator – public relations. In her role she will help facilitate numerous public relations and social media efforts and provide support to account managers on a variety of manufacturing accounts. Sechrist brings five years of experience in marketing and public relations to Godfrey. In addition, she works as the team journalist for the Hershey Bears. Sechrist graduated cum laude with a bachelor of science degree in corporate communications from Central Pennsylvania College. She is currently enrolled in a master’s program with Seton Hall University and will graduate in September with a master of arts in strategic communication and leadership.
As an Associate Account Manager, Alyson Felton will work primarily with HVAC clients, translating their needs to Godfrey’s creative team and managing projects from implementation to final delivery. Felton, of Lititz, is a 2010 graduate of Messiah College. She graduated cum laude with a bachelor of science degree in marketing and a minor in communications. Felton has previous marketing experience with the Delaware Center for the Contemporary Arts and Messiah Village Active Adult Community.
Joining Godfrey in creative services as a Designer, Heather Kerchner, will work directly with Art Directors and Creative Directors to execute various print and digital marketing projects for a variety of HVAC and manufacturing clients. Kerchner has served as the chapter president and board member for the Knoxville, Tennessee chapter of the AIGA, the professional association for design. She has six years of experience working for a variety of design companies as well as organizations such as HGTV and the Food Network. Kerchner graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor of fine arts degree in communication design from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. She currently lives in Mount Joy.
