Lancaster, Pa. - Godfrey, a nationally ranked business-to-business marketing communications agency, has hired Dan Pacifico as a search marketing analyst and Wesley Schmidt as a public relations coordinator.

Pacifico, of Lancaster, works with multiple account teams at Godfrey to help implement and direct organic search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) to increase online visibility and drive relevant traffic to clients’ websites. Prior to joining Godfrey, he worked for Wpromote as an internet marketer, and most recently at YDOP Inc. managing clients’ SEO and pay-per-click campaigns. Pacifico holds a bachelor of arts degree in speech communication from Kutztown University.

As a public relations coordinator, Schmidt assists account management teams with various activities, including documenting and reporting program results, identifying editorial opportunities and maintaining clients’ media lists. He works with multiple clients in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), building construction and manufacturing industries. Schmidt previously worked as a marketing analyst/public relations coordinator at Marketorum, LLC and most recently as a wellness ambassador for Rite Aid Pharmacy. He holds a bachelor of science degree in speech communication with a public relations option from Millersville University. Schmidt lives in Lancaster.
