JLG Industries is a global market leader in aerial access equipment. So, when the time came to redesign their global website, JLG wanted to reinforce that market position through a more comprehensive and user-friendly website.
To create the website, we used a flexible and easy-to-use global CMS with end users in mind. The result was a responsive site that unified JLG’s equipment and service offerings with easy-to-find product data and highly accessible customer support information. The site is completely responsive, so customers can browse from any device with full functionality.
The new website is available in 25 languages and eight regions. In the first month after the launch, the site received 109,000 visits. The average number of pages viewed and the time users spent on the website also increased. More than half of the pages viewed on the website were product pages.
