Godfrey has promoted Stacy Whisel to president and two other executives as senior vice presidents – all part of a planned leadership transition. Stacy succeeds Chuck Manners in the role of president; Chuck, who was president and CEO, remains CEO.

Erin Michalak was promoted to senior vice president and director of account service, succeeding Russ Green. Russ ended his full-time work and has begun a new consulting role for Godfrey. Melissa Zane was promoted to senior vice president and director of creative, completing the trio of promotions.

Chuck noted that "our staff, clients and business partners are fortunate to have Stacy, Erin and Melissa in these leadership positions at a time when business-to-business marketing is changing rapidly. They have the right experience and mindset to allow our unique culture to thrive while evolving our services to meet the expectations of our clients and their customers."

Stacy was senior vice president and leader of Godfrey’s customer insight group. "I’m excited to become president of Godfrey," she says. "We approach B2B marketing differently. We see B2B companies as incredibly inspiring because of the important work they do to make the world better. Our commitment is that these companies deserve marketing that’s as rigorous and remarkable as they are. And that makes it easy to be enthused and truly enjoy our work."

Stacy, Erin and Melissa have been members of the company’s senior leadership team for a number of years.
