Godfrey Wins Summit Creative Award

Summit Creative

Lancaster, Pa. – Godfrey, a nationally ranked B2B marketing communications agency, announced that it has won a bronze Summit Creative Award for the historical video it produced for client Glatfelter, York, Pennsylvania.

The Summit International Awards competition features small- to medium-sized agencies (firms with annual billings under $30 million). In 2014, more than 5,000 entries from 24 countries competed for Summit Creative Awards.

The Glatfelter Story: 150 Years of Sustainability” chronicles the rich history of Glatfelter, from its humble beginnings in 1864 through its growth and diversification into a global company in 2014. Godfrey partnered with Glatfelter and Aurora Films, Lancaster, to produce the documentary.

“The collaboration between Godfrey, Aurora and Glatfelter was seamless,” said Heath Frye, marketing manager, Specialty Papers Business, Glatfelter. “Together, Godfrey and Aurora were able to capture the essence of our company on film. They honored those who came before us and overcame great adversity, while profiling the hard work of thousands today that carry the torch into a prosperous future. Godfrey and Aurora enabled us to tell a great American story; one that started during the Civil War and today spans the globe.”

The Summit International Awards organization was founded in 1994. Annually, it conducts the Summit Creative Award, the Summit Marketing Effectiveness Award and the Summit Emerging Media Award.
