Godfrey, a nationally ranked business-to-business (B2B) marketing communications agency, has hired Nicole Peters as an account manager, Justin Weese as associate creative director and Paul Mindemann as senior copywriter.
Peters, of Lancaster, manages a variety of programs and projects for clients in the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning industry. She brings 13 years of marketing experience to her position, most recently as senior sales representative for Turn Two Media, New York. Peters holds a masters of business administration degree from The Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and business administration from Elizabethtown College.
Weese, of Lancaster, provides creative direction to art directors, copywriters and developers to deliver strategic communications that meet the objectives of Godfrey’s clients. He comes to Godfrey from Marcus Thomas, LLC, Cleveland, Ohio where he served as art director and designer. Weese earned a Bachelor of Science degree in advertising with a minor in marketing from Kent State University in Ohio.
Mindemann, also of Lancaster, develops engaging, brand-appropriate copy across a variety of platforms for clients in the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning industry. Prior to joining Godfrey, he held various positions at Sharp Innovations, Inc., including creative director, partner and most recently, president. Mindemann brings over 20 years of marketing and promotional experience to the agency. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in advertising and public relations from The Pennsylvania State University.
