The Challenge

TRANSFORMING PRODUCT DISCOVERY WITH A SITE THAT CAN SCALE

Monoflo International had outgrown its website. As a leading manufacturer of reusable injection-molded packaging, the company needed a modern digital platform that could keep pace with its expanding portfolio. With more than 100 products to showcase, Monoflo needed a website that could present all its offerings more clearly, better support the sales process and give internal teams greater control to manage and scale the site over time.

Monoflo wanted to improve the experience for both website visitors and internal teams. To help customers find the right solution for their application, the company wanted to go beyond the general product category pages and spec sheets on its old website. Dedicated pages for each product with detailed descriptions, images and product data would make the site more useful by helping customers understand and evaluate all their options. On the back end, Monoflo needed greater independence and flexibility to update and manage the site on its own terms, reducing dependence on outside support and allowing them to keep content aligned with the pace of their business.

Creating a new website to achieve these functional goals was also an opportunity for Monoflo to sharpen its brand voice, look and feel across every customer touchpoint. A stronger digital presence needed to reflect the quality, precision and unique people-centered culture that define the Monoflo brand. Achieving all of this meant finding a partner who could see the project through, from strategy to launch. Monoflo chose Godfrey.

The Solution

CREATING A CUSTOMER-FOCUSED PLATFORM BUILT FOR GROWTH

Godfrey began by learning what buyers cared about and why they chose Monoflo over the competition. Through customer and internal interviews, competitive analysis and research, Godfrey gained new brand insights that would drive every decision for the new website, from the messaging strategy and visuals that frame the brand to the way products are organized and presented.

Understanding what customers valued helped shape the site architecture. With more than 100 product pages to organize, Godfrey structured the site around how buyers search: by category, industry and application — all built on a scalable framework that leaves room for the catalog to grow.

On the design side, Monoflo had a clear opportunity to stand out in a category dominated by utilitarian, spec-heavy websites. Their goal was to tell a bigger brand story that goes beyond the product catalog and highlights Monoflo’s unique culture, deep community roots and partnership-driven approach. Godfrey helped bring that story to life with a richer color palette and distinctive visual experience that evolves Monoflo’s brand, paired with the precision and functionality buyers expect. The result is an attention-grabbing site that signals quality, leadership and a personal touch.

The new website pairs a polished customer experience with the flexibility to grow. A scalable design system keeps the experience consistent while flexible page layouts and centralized product data make it easier for Monoflo to manage content, maintain accuracy and expand its product catalog over time.

Godfrey also helped Monoflo transform their packaging expertise into clear, buyer-focused content. Detailed product information helps customers evaluate their options and find the right solution, while consistent messaging reinforces Monoflo’s expertise and builds confidence throughout the buyer journey.

Just as important, the new site gives Monoflo greater control behind the scenes. With an intuitive CMS and training from Godfrey, the Monoflo team is equipped to independently manage content, update products and expand the site as the business evolves, creating a durable digital platform built to grow.
